How We Work

You’ve probably been to a physio before. Thirty minutes, a heat pack, some stretches, and not much changed afterwards. We do things differently.

Step 1

We Listen and Assess Thoroughly

Your first session is a full hour. We ask about your pain, what you’ve tried, and how it’s affecting your daily life. Then we do a proper hands-on and movement assessment to find the root cause.

Step 2

You Get Treated — Not Just Assessed

Most patients receive hands-on treatment in that first hour. You walk away with three things: a clear diagnosis, relief from treatment, and a written recovery plan with realistic timeframes.

Step 3

Your Whole Care Team, One Building

If your recovery needs exercise physiology, massage, dietetics, or women’s health physio — it’s all here. One set of records, one team that talks to each other about your care.

Everything Under One Roof

Your family doesn’t need five different clinics. We put the services that matter most under one roof, with one team that actually talks to each other about your care.

Physiotherapy

Thorough, unhurried assessment and treatment from master’s-qualified physios. We take the time to work out what’s causing the problem and put together a plan that fits around your life.

Women’s Health

Specialist physiotherapy for pelvic floor conditions, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal recovery, and lymphoedema management. A space where you can talk openly about what’s going on.

Exercise Physiology

Structured exercise programs for building strength after injury, managing chronic conditions, and staying active long-term. Useful for parents and desk workers who need to rebuild core strength.

Psychology

Pain affects your mood, your sleep, and your patience. Our psychologists work alongside your physio to address the mental load that often comes with chronic pain or injury recovery.

Remedial Massage

Targeted muscle work that complements your physio treatment. Useful for tension, recovery, and the physical toll of daily life.

Nutrition & Dietetics

For patients where diet and nutrition play a role in managing inflammation, energy, weight, or chronic conditions.

How to Fund Your Treatment

We accept all major funding pathways so cost doesn’t stop you getting started:

  • Private Health Insurance — claim on the spot via HICAPS
  • Medicare (EPC Plan) — GP referral gives you up to 5 funded sessions (gap fee of $29.70 per session applies)
  • WorkCover — workplace injuries covered, we handle the paperwork
  • NDIS — approved NDIS provider for plan-managed and self-managed
  • DVA — veterans welcome, no out-of-pocket on approved claims
  • CTP (Motor Vehicle) — car accident injuries, insurer-billed

No referral is needed to book your first appointment. If you have questions about your cover, call us on (07) 3132 0898 and we’ll sort it out before you come in.

Common Questions

Do you treat children and teenagers?

Yes. We see kids with sports injuries, growing pains, posture issues, and post-surgical rehab. Our physios adjust their approach for younger patients and involve parents in the treatment plan.

I’m pregnant and have back pain. Can you help?

Yes. Our women’s health physios treat pregnancy-related back, pelvis, and hip pain. They’ll work with you safely through each stage and can also help with post-natal recovery and pelvic floor rehabilitation after birth.

Can our whole family come to the one clinic?

That’s what we’re set up for. We regularly treat multiple family members. One clinic, one set of files, one team that knows your family.

What happens at the first appointment?

A full 1-hour assessment. We’ll listen to what’s been going on, assess your movement and strength, work to identify the cause, and give you a written treatment plan. Most patients receive treatment in that first session.

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed for physiotherapy. You can book directly. If you’re on a WorkCover, DVA, or NDIS plan, check with us about the referral requirements for your specific situation.

How far is it from Loganholme?
