How We Help You Get Back to Work
If you’ve been injured at work or in an accident, you know the system can feel slow and confusing. Appointments are short, progress is unclear, and nobody seems to have a proper plan. We do it differently.
Step 1
We Listen and Assess Thoroughly
Your first session is a full hour. We ask about your pain, what you’ve tried, and how it’s affecting your daily life. Then we do a proper hands-on and movement assessment to find the root cause.
Step 2
You Get Treated — Not Just Assessed
Most patients receive hands-on treatment in that first hour. You walk away with three things: a clear diagnosis, relief from treatment, and a written recovery plan with realistic timeframes.
Step 3
Your Whole Care Team, One Building
If your recovery needs exercise physiology, massage, dietetics, or women’s health physio — it’s all here. One set of records, one team that talks to each other about your care.
Everything You Need for Recovery
Work injuries often need more than hands-on physio. That’s why we built a clinic where your entire recovery team is in one building.
Physiotherapy
Thorough assessment and treatment from master’s-qualified physios. We don’t just treat the sore spot. We work to identify the root cause and put together a plan aimed at restoring your function.
Exercise Physiology
Graduated strength and conditioning programs for rebuilding work capacity. Our exercise physiologists design plans tailored to the physical demands of your job, not generic gym routines.
Psychology
Work injuries carry a mental load. Anxiety about returning to work, frustration with how slow things are moving, stress about finances, sleep problems. Our psychologists work alongside your physio team so none of that gets swept aside.
Remedial Massage
Targeted soft tissue work to manage muscle tension, aid recovery between sessions, and complement your physio treatment.
Nutrition & Dietetics
For patients where nutrition supports healing, energy, or managing conditions that affect recovery.
Hydrotherapy
Pool-based rehabilitation when land-based exercise is too painful in the early stages. Useful for spinal and lower limb injuries.
How to Fund Your Treatment
We accept all major funding pathways so cost doesn’t stop you getting started:
- Private Health Insurance — claim on the spot via HICAPS
- Medicare (EPC Plan) — GP referral gives you up to 5 funded sessions (gap fee of $29.70 per session applies)
- WorkCover — workplace injuries covered, we handle the paperwork
- NDIS — approved NDIS provider for plan-managed and self-managed
- DVA — veterans welcome, no out-of-pocket on approved claims
- CTP (Motor Vehicle) — car accident injuries, insurer-billed
No referral is needed to book your first appointment. If you have questions about your cover, call us on (07) 3132 0898 and we’ll sort it out before you come in.
Common Questions
Do you accept WorkCover claims?
Yes. We’re a registered WorkCover provider. We also accept CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims for motor vehicle accidents. We handle the reporting and documentation, and we’ll liaise with your insurer, employer, and GP as needed.
Do I need a referral for WorkCover?
For WorkCover claims, you’ll need a WorkCover medical certificate from your GP. Once you have that, you can book directly with us. If you’re not sure about your claim status, call us on (07) 3102 1837 and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you accept DVA and NDIS?
Yes to both. DVA patients can book directly with a referral from their GP. NDIS participants can access physiotherapy and exercise physiology through their plan.
What happens at the first session?
A thorough 1-hour assessment. We go through your injury history, test movement and strength, assess how the injury is affecting your work and daily life, and create a written treatment plan with milestones and a timeline.
Will you provide reports for my insurer or employer?
Yes. Structured documentation is part of how we work. Your treatment plan, progress notes, and return-to-work reports are all documented clearly and can be shared with your insurer, employer, or GP.
How far is it from Daisy Hill?
Five minutes. Head south down Daisy Hill Road toward Shailer Park. The clinic is at 2/2 Bulwarna St.
